Eichbaum brewery begins first with locally sourced quality ingredients to serve as the basis for their extensive range of quality beers. Taking care to ensure pristine air quality in the production facilities. Pure ingredients as well as pure air to avoid having anything oil-based coming into contact with food. To accomplish this, the brewery uses two separate compressed air networks, one for factory air and one for the sterile or oil-free. Compared to their previous compressor, Eichbaum has been able to consume on average just under 21% less energy per year.
